Tree Warranty

Any deciduous tree planted by Arbor Hills that fails in year one, customer will receive a onetime 100% credit of the original price towards the cost of replacement. Any evergreen tree planted by Arbor Hills that fails in year one, customer will receive a onetime 50% credit of the original price of the tree & installation towards the cost to replace it.

Shrubs planted by Arbor Hills that fail in the first 60 days, will receive 100% credit towards the cost to replace the shrub. The Arbor Hills limited warranty applies only if the respective trees and shrubs were properly maintained and watered in accordance with our watering guidelines. Click here for Arbor Hills Watering Guidelines. This Limited Warranty specifically excludes acts of God, to include (high winds, hail, floods or animal damage to the trees or shrubs).
